Somerset Township, Pa. — Authorities have released further details regarding the crash that claimed the life of 29-year-old Aaron Lancaster in Somerset Township on September 8, 2025.

The fatal incident occurred shortly before 9 p.m. on Somerset Pike. According to Pennsylvania State Police, Lancaster was traveling on his electric bicycle when he was struck from behind by a vehicle moving in the same direction. Emergency crews responded to the scene, but Lancaster was pronounced dead despite their efforts.
